Act as a member of the PC Support team. Install and support a variety of desktop solutions including PCs, laptops, printers, tablets, smartphones, VOIP telephone systems, projectors, etc. Install, configure, train and troubleshoot software on all client devices. Answer support calls and document activities in an electronic trouble ticket system. Work with customers over the telephone, remotely (via remote desktops) and in person to troubleshoot and resolve problems with the network, servers, PC, Internet, telephone, software applications, etc. Backup the Helpdesk and Operations staff as needed. Participate in a team of staff that rotate through on-call 24x7 support responsibilities. Ensure that the highest level of customer service is being provided to our customers. The work is performed under the direction of the IT Support Manager.
